For the Ford GT we offer the Safecraft self contained engine compartment extinguishing system. This system is similar to the system used by NASCAR teams for fuel cell protection. Temperature sensitive extinguishing heads sense a fire and automatically release the agent and flood the engine compartment. No clean up is necessary unlike dry chemical or foam systems. The complete system comes with a wrinkle black bottle and pressure gage filled with Halon clean gas agent. A bracket for mounting the bottle and all necessary steel braid plumbing and fittings.
